The Process
If you love the final photos and films we deliver, but don’t love the experience behind them, we haven't meet our own standards. We hope to arrive at your wedding as your friends who will look out for your best interests. We prioritize communication, connection, and clear expectations throughout the process, so you’ll know exactly what to expect each step of the way, freeing you up to focus on the most important moments of your big day instead of the logistics.

Step 1: Let's Chat Over Coffee
We will send you a few sneak peek photos within a few days of your wedding to get you excited, then your full gallery will be delivered 6-8 weeks later. You can download and print them yourself, or we can create an heirloom-quality photo album for you.
The wedding films will take longer give our filmmaker Ken up to 6 months to deliver your films on an online personal gallery.
*Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos/films together and relive the joy of that day all over again!
The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! We'll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while we do our thing!
Your Story Session is a great opportunity for you both to get comfortable with us and our cameras. This is an opportunity for you two to tell us your story! We will do a documentary style interview and ask questions pertaining to your love story and wedding/elopement. This is done outside of wedding day. (Before or After)
During the weeks and months leading up to your weddings, We will act as a personal guide, offering vendor recommendations, tips and tricks, and more. If you choose a collection with an Adventure Session, we’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding, and create a detailed shot list for the day of.
If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, we will send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. There is a retainer fee of $500. Once you submit it and sign the contract, your date is secured on our calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your dream wedding dynamic duo!
We do offer payment plans. We love to work with our couples to make this process easy going. The payment schedule will be listed on the invoice and contract. The final payment must be made one month before the wedding date.
