How do we book you for our wedding or elopement?

Once you reach out through our contact form or email, we’ll connect in whichever way feels best for you — a discovery call, Zoom, or email conversation. We’ll get to know your story and vision, then send a custom proposal tailored to your day. To officially secure your date, we require a signed contract and retainer.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

We’re based in Oklahoma, but our hearts are made for travel. Whether your celebration is in the forest, across the ocean, or in your backyard — we’ll meet you there. We love documenting love stories around the world.

How do travel costs work?

All travel is included in our destination and out-of-state elopement collections — no surprise fees or separate invoices later. We handle flights, lodging, and transportation so you don’t have to stress over logistics. Whether your celebration is across the country or across the ocean, we’ll arrive rested, inspired, and ready to document your story with full presence.

Do you document hybrid weddings?

Yes! Hybrid weddings — where one day is an intimate ceremony or elopement and another day is a larger reception with friends and family — are right in our wheelhouse. We approach each part of your celebration with intention, making sure both the quiet, personal moments and the lively celebration are beautifully documented. All weddings welcome.

What’s your approach to documenting weddings?

We take a documentary approach, meaning we don’t over‑pose or direct every moment. Instead, we focus on creating a space where you can be fully present. We'll incorporate gentle creative direction when necessary to highlight the essence of you as a couple, but our priority is authentic emotion and natural connection so you can trust the process and feel seen. It’s not about artifice; it’s about real, meaningful moments.

Do you offer Photo + Video together or separately?

Yes! You can book photography, videography, or both together. As a married duo, we collaborate seamlessly — one focusing on photo and the other on video — creating a cohesive story that blends both mediums beautifully. Whether you’re drawn to the intimacy of still imagery, the movement of video, or the magic of both, we’ll tailor your collection to fit your vision.

What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?

You’re not alone — most people feel that way at first! Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, safe, and seen. We’ll focus on movement, interaction, and genuine emotion so your photos and videos reflect how it felt, not just how it looked.

Do you help with timelines or planning?

Yes! While we don’t offer full wedding coordination, we help craft a media-focused timeline — one that keeps your day flowing naturally while giving photo and video the time they need to tell your story with intention. For couples who want a little extra support, we also offer an add-on service with our in-house coordinator, Gabbey. This service blends light coordination with extra photo coverage, including vendor check-ins, custom media timeline planning, and day-of oversight during prep and pre-ceremony.

Can we add on extra hours or services later?

Of course! You can always upgrade to the next collection if you decide you’d like more coverage or additional services. Whether that’s adding a film trailer, rehearsal dinner documentation, or camcorder moments, we’ll adjust your collection to fit what feels right for your celebration.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes! To secure your date, we require 30% of your total package upfront as a retainer. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding date. This helps you lock in your collection and plan your coverage stress-free, while keeping your celebration a priority.
